This 1 day, hands-on course is designed for those new to coffee roasting. It's for serious amateurs and coffee aficionados who want to learn the ins and outs of coffee roasting from a broad perspective.
The class will give students a solid understanding of the roasting process and coffee's sensory aspects relating to time, temperature, and other variables.
This course takes place in our analytical lab, working with samples roasters and includes demonstration in our operational roastery.
