This (roasted coffee) kit contains three, 10 gram samples of the main sensory defects found in coffee.
These defects display the negative sensory impact to roasted product when the green coffee is influenced by poor processing or storage conditions that we cannot physically see.
This kit can be used with both Species: Arabica and Robusta.
Defects: Ferment - Phenol - Mold
Usage instructions are included. Designed to replaced 1-4 beans per "cupping bowl" of a base coffee. Each 10 gram sample can be utilized for 10+ training opportunities, if stored properly once opened.
